Shipping policy
Shipping from Barcelona
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain, exclusively with Correos Express Paq24. We currently ship to Spain, Portugal, and the Canary Islands. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery times
Always check the estimated delivery date shown on each product page. This date will also appear in the order confirmation email and in your account.
Average shipping time: approximately 1–3 business days with Paq24.
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
Please note: No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays.
Shipping to the Canary Islands
For shipments to the Canary Islands, please note the following:

Please leave your DNI/NIE number in the “Add a note to your order” field on the cart page.

Deliveries may take a little longer, as the process is less automated.

We’ll make sure to keep you informed throughout the shipping process. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Free shipping
For orders over €80, shipping with Paq24 is free.
Modifications and cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@saranghae.es. We’ll do our best to handle your request. If the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make changes or cancellations.
Order tracking
The tracking number is sent by email after the shipping confirmation. You can check the status of your package at any time using this number. If you can't find the email, also check your spam folder.
Package marked as delivered but not received
If the tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package:

First ask your neighbors or building concierge.

If it doesn't appear, the package may have been stolen.

In case of suspected theft, file a report with your local police station.

With that report, contact your home insurance for a claim.
SARANGHAE is not responsible for stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed. For added security, we recommend choosing delivery with signature (when available).
Incorrect address or returned orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or any reason beyond SARANGHAE’s control, we are not responsible for the cost of a new shipment.
Please always double-check your address before confirming your order. If you’ve recently moved, make sure your address is up to date with your postal service.
Unavailable products
If the product you're interested in is unavailable, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter. We’ll notify you by email as soon as it’s back in stock.
Gifts: no prices in the package
If you're buying a gift, don’t worry—we do not include prices or printed invoices in our shipments. Invoices are sent only by email to the buyer.
