Do we offer free shipping?

Good news! We offer one of the lowest thresholds for free shipping. Starting from an order of €80 , you can enjoy free shipping.

For orders with weight less than 500g , we ship the package as small parcel via priority mail . Otherwise, it will be shipped as standard parcel .

If your mailbox is publicly accessible or you have had previous experiences with lost items, we strongly recommend choosing the certified shipping option for both small shipments and standard packages. This is especially useful for small shipments, as delivery confirmation via email is not provided in this case.

⚠️ Important: If your order is returned to our warehouse in Barcelona for reasons beyond our control (for example, if the address provided is incorrect or the recipient has not been located), we will not be able to cover the costs of a new shipment. This way, we ensure that our customers always receive authentic, high-quality products, directly from Korea, when purchasing from SARANGHAE .

Your satisfaction and confidence in the authenticity of our products are our top priority. If you have any questions because the product packaging differs from the images shown, please do not hesitate to contact us . This often happens because the product photo shows an older version and you have already received the latest presentation of the packaging.

Are all products at SARANGHAE cruelty-free?

Yes, at SARANGHAE you can trust that all of our products are cruelty-free . In South Korea , where our products are manufactured, a law came into effect in 2016 requiring all cosmetic brands to completely eliminate animal testing by 2018. We make sure to adhere to these ethical standards.

However, it is important to note that not all of our products are vegan , as some may contain ingredients of animal origin. Is the packaging designed in an eco-friendly way?

However, some brands may be very selective or not currently working with stores in Europe. If this is the case, we will keep an eye on them and add these products to our catalogue as soon as the brands change their policies and start working with European retailers.

How do I apply my discount code?

I want to buy a gift card for a friend. How will it be delivered?

E-gift cards are emailed to you or your friend and are not physical items. We recommend entering your own email address so you can forward the gift card to your friend with a personalized message or print it after receiving it.

I received an eGift Card. How do I use it?

Simply enter the gift card code during checkout in the "Gutschein" or "Discount code" field and click "Apply" . The gift card value will automatically be deducted from your cart total.

Don't worry! Invoices are sent by email only , and prices are not included in the packages we send.

Returns

Can I return a product? Can I cancel or exchange a product?

Product returns, cancellations, and exchanges are possible. We accept unused and unopened items within 14 days . We only refund the value of the product , not the original shipping or return shipping costs. The refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the item to ensure it is in perfect condition.

If you notice an error right after placing your order or wish to cancel an item, please contact us immediately by email ( sales@saranghae.es ) so we can make the necessary adjustments, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Products that have already been shipped but are unopened can be exchanged, but the return and reshipping costs will be at your expense .

I have received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
