Orders and Shipping

Shipping from Barcelona

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain, exclusively with Correos Express Paq24. We currently ship to Spain, Portugal, and the Canary Islands. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). The shipping cost is €4.90 .

Delivery times

Always check the estimated delivery date shown on each product page. This date will also be shown in your order confirmation email and in your account.

Average delivery time: approximately 1-3 business days with Paq24.

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

Please note: Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays.

Shipping to the Canary Islands

For shipments to the Canary Islands, please note the following:

  • Please leave your DNI/NIE number in the "Add a note to your order" field on the shopping cart page.
  • Deliveries may take a little longer, as the process is less automated.
  • We will make sure to keep you informed throughout the shipping process. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Free shipping

For orders over €80 , shipping with Paq24 is free.

Modifications and cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order , contact us as soon as possible at sales@saranghae.es . We will do our best to fulfill your request. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

Order tracking

The tracking number is sent by email after shipment confirmation. You can check the status of your package at any time with this number. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder as well.

Package delivered but not received.

If the tracking shows "delivered," but you haven't received the package:

1️⃣ Ask your neighbors or the doorman first.

2️⃣ If it doesn't appear, it's possible the package has been stolen.

3️⃣ If you suspect theft, file a report at your local police station .

4️⃣ With this report, contact your home insurance company to file a claim.

⚠️ SARANGHAE is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. For added security, we recommend choosing signature delivery (when available).

Incorrect address or order returned

If an order is returned due to: incorrect address, recipient absent, or any reason beyond SARANGHAE's control, we will not cover the costs of a new shipment.

Please always double-check your address before confirming your order. If you have recently moved, make sure your address is updated with your postal service.

Products not available.

If the product you are interested in is not available, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter . We will automatically notify you by email as soon as it is back in stock.

Gifts: no prices on the package

If you are buying a gift: don't worry , we don't include prices or paper invoices in our shipments. Invoices are only sent to the buyer by email.
