All prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT , unless otherwise stated.

In addition to the listed prices, shipping charges will apply, which will be specifically specified on the product page according to the shipping type chosen.

For orders over 80 EUR , after applying discounts and special offers, SARANGHAE will cover the shipping costs.

SECTION 3 - ORDER AND SHIPPING

An order becomes binding for the customer when they click the "Complete Order" button to confirm their purchase on the checkout page. A full order summary will then be displayed at the end of the process.

The customer will receive confirmation of receipt via email immediately after placing the order. Until shipment, SARANGHAE reserves the right to reject the order or reduce the quantity of items in a further email notification, which will modify the contract by reducing the quantity ordered. Unless the customer immediately communicates that they are not interested in the reduced quantity.

SARANGHAE reserves the right to refuse an order if there is a dispute with the customer, especially in cases of unpaid payments for previous orders or unpaid invoices from the same person or someone in the same household.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address . If the customer makes a mistake in the address and, under the current circumstances, delivery is not possible, SARANGHAE may refuse delivery without any obligation to replace or compensate.

SARANGHAE ships only to Spain , Germany and the Principality of Liechtenstein .

The SARANGHAE warehouse is located in Barcelona, ​​Spain . According to our shipping policy, SARANGHAE ships products within 48 hours on business days, or after receiving payment confirmation.

SARANGHAE can only be held responsible for shipping delays and their consequences if they are due to a serious or intentional breach of contract by SARANGHAE . We assume no liability for other delays, including those caused by postal services, SARANGHAE suppliers, or third parties.

SECTION 4 – COUPONS, BONUS PROGRAMS AND GIFT CARDS

Only one coupon can be used per order. At the end of the checkout process, the coupon code must be entered in the corresponding field. The coupon amount will be deducted directly from the purchase total. Coupons that exceed the order amount cannot be refunded. Discounts obtained using reward points cannot be combined with gift vouchers.

SARANGHAE offers digital gift cards that are not physical products. E-gift cards are delivered by email and include redemption instructions during the checkout process. SARANGHAE e-gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire.

SECTION 5 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

SARANGHAE.es guarantees that products will be free from damage upon shipment. Products damaged in transit will be repaired or replaced at SARANGHAE.es ' discretion, provided the customer notifies SARANGHAE.es by email within 7 days of receiving the product. Upon request by SARANGHAE.es , the customer must return the products in their original packaging, and the shipping costs will be covered by SARANGHAE.es .

SARANGHAE.es shall only be liable to the customer for damages to the extent such liability is stipulated by Spanish product liability law.

Any other form of warranty on delivered products, as well as liability for damage caused by such products, is excluded unless SARANGHAE.es has intentionally concealed product defects. However, if SARANGHAE.es asserts warranty claims against its suppliers, SARANGHAE.es will transfer these claims to the customer, whenever possible. SARANGHAE.es assumes no responsibility for the valid prosecution of these claims. Returned products will only be accepted if they are in suitable condition, i.e., unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Exercising the right of return converts the purchase contract into a cancellation agreement, and any payments made must be refunded. Return costs will be borne by the customer.

Upon receipt of the product, the purchase price paid will be refunded to the customer immediately.

Orders placed through www.saranghae.es must be paid in advance using the payment methods specified on the website.
