Returns and Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that in this case, we may refund the value of the item , but not the original shipping costs or return shipping costs .

To begin the return process, please contact us at sales@saranghae.es . We do not accept returns without prior notice . Refunds will be issued after an inspection of the returned item and its condition.

Products excluded from the return policy

Sealed products : If the seal has been opened, they cannot be returned.

Customized products : Those manufactured according to the consumer's specifications.

Personal use products : Items of a strictly personal nature.

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons .

Cancellations and changes

If you notice an error right after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@saranghae.es .

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll be happy to help you make changes.

For exchanges of items that have already been shipped but remain unopened , please note that the return and reshipping costs will be your responsibility .

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize.

We want to resolve this as quickly as possible, either by sending you a replacement at no additional cost or by refunding the price of the product.
