The numbuzin Glow No.4 Hydrating Mineral Toner prepares the skin for the following skin care or makeup application. It contains 89% thermal water and 5 layers of hyaluronic acid, which intensively moisturize the skin. PHA provides gentle exfoliation for sensitive skin, while niacinamide brightens the tone and promotes more radiant skin.

Application

  1. Apply toner 1-2 times.
  2. Apply with hands or gently with cotton pads before applying makeup.
  3. Alternatively, apply the toner to cotton pads and place them on the areas that need hydration for 1 minute.
